FWIW...for legal proceedings going forward, everything consolidates on the back of 774.

And that's not to say the others would not march forward on their own merits through normal proceedings.....That said, the time to pursue is much, much longer....and settlements, if they are to be, are based on the unknown... Things are closer to known out come for subsequent proceedings of others.... having 774 in the background.

IMO, it just makes things easier having a sign off on the 774 issues....make money on it or not, its a valuable issue for the others to lean on regarding settling at higher values.
