774 and 108 got a dis positive final ruling in the Huawei case....that is what the CE appeal will be based on...Apple does not have 108 as an infringement issue.....the only thing that can be dis positive is 774 on a final ruling.

774 and the issues of 108 are briefed in e.Digitals opposition to the defendants motion of CE .....108, a patent considered identically the same as 774... specifically states the use of RAM.
