I stated, for the most part, that legal proceedings of the other patents get a short cut leaning on 774 if the CE appeal is favorable.

The other patents will stand on their own merits, regardless of 774. My point is, if they have to stand on their own(as they are now doing), there is an unknown outcome in going through the proceedings relating to each patent contested. IF settlements are reached they are in front of unknown Markman considerations, IMO, bring less value.

If 774 gets a positive result on the appeal, the the outcome of proceedings regarding other patents is better known....as circumstances of those other patents relate to 774 and IMO will bring a better value at settlement.
