I've read everrything written on this msg. board, but I still don't get the part about the Collateral Estoppel (CE). I understand what it is, what I don't understand are the following questions.

1. Why do board members think we have a good chance of overturning the trial court judge's ruling which clearly states the CO judge's ruling stands?

2. What specific points can be raised to overturn Sabraw's ruling on CE?

3. Doni says everything rests with 774, which is under review for the CE issue, so what do we have left, if the appeals court finds against us? Specifically, what do we have left to sue about? Do we go back to CO and appeal the finding against us there? Hasn't the time run out or the settlements precluded that?

4. We left a lot on the table in Colorado, don't you think?
