Just like football where there's an eastern states bias against the PAC12 and for Alabama, FL State, and Ohio State, there seems to be a bias for AAPL and big companies. Jobs appears to be a national hero, folks. And, the USA needs companies like AAPL and dislikes so-called "trolls" which we might appear to be, if you are an outsider.

There's a possiblity, the appeals court won't even look at our case! I wonder if Handal would start over with totally new infringement arguments?

I prefer to think courts are fair and want justice.
