If I understand right, AAPL isn't in on this appeal of CE. Their timing was bad. That does not preclude them in helping Huawe (sp?) with good legal counsel (cost) of the appeal. And, I understand that only Huawe and AAPL are left in our current batch of defendants; is this correct?

What is our time line for the appeal of the CE? Is only AAPL left at the trial ct. level and we'll have a Markman hearing in March? If we win the appeal, doesn't that bring all the other defendants that signed off on the "stipulation," back in? Forgive me, but this is a bit confusing.
