So far, I've been able to verify that Three Checks will be issued from the defendants to the e.Digital Corp. and all links to the Docket Reports have been provided for verification. These cases have been settled and the checks will be issued from the defendants to e.Digital in the month of December 2013.

e.Digital Corporation v. Mach Speed - Case Settled
