Plank.. Initially, I took that to mean 79 stays the matters relating to 78(774 issues for Fuji) as the issues were filed on the same day, 11/04/2013....Until I read of a dismissal of 774 for Fuji, I have to think otherwise....the only thing I see to this point is more a settlement of other issues....170 and 737 for Fuji.

"Modified on 11/5/2013-to delete extra text" ..... (something was modified to settlement agreement)

That said, the 11/5/13 modification filed 11-04-13 is mysterious.

IMO, the modification on 11-05-13 could be....one of two things. 1. arranging for doc 78(and 774 issues)... or 2. total settlement issues as you figure.

I wait for the dismissal of 774....which we always get with a settlement ... no court ruling on 774....perhaps we get it soon, I'm figuring we would have already gotten it.
