The withdrawal of doc 78 "Defendants' Motion to Amend the Stipulated Partial Judgment to Certify the Collateral Estoppel Order for Immediate Appeal

As doc 66 "MOTION to Amend/Correct 64 Judgment,,,"........ was withdrawn through doc 77...

Doc 66 and 78 are basically the same thing ... get the judge to change his mind on the ruling he made against Fuji in doc 64.

The partial judgement of 64 relates to issues of 774 and how it is resolved at settlement....with a dismissal or with a ruling.

Fuji wants a ruling on 774, and it wants the judges ruling of the Fuji doc 64 amended to force a CE appeal on the defendants actions to happen..
