Using LGJ's spread sheet, I see the EDIG vs. Huawei case is still open and we've given notice of appeal.

I thought the appeal was about the Collateral Estoppel (CE), please correct me if I'm wrong. By quickly appealing this early case we shut out the remaining defendants unless the judge rules against us on these phoney motions to amend. This is why we care. And, we care a lot. Once the 9th Circut accepts our appeal (if they do), the appeal goes forward. The business with GoPro has to do with defendants other than Huawei wanting to be able to argue this at the appeal level, namely Apple Computer. If the trial judge finds against GoPro, he'll find aginst Apple as well, and we can proceed against a single defendant.
