I thought the plan was to immediately appeal the CE in the early Huaweu case because there was a final finding rule (which was required under the 52(b) civil procedure rule). Maybe I read the motions wrong or misunderstood what they meant. The defendants were caught off guard by our quickness and now want to pile on even to the point of perjury.
