There was a PR when IPMetrics was hired to help value and market Nunchi because it was a material event. There has been no PR stating that IPMetrics is no longer involved. If you are looking for negativity in anything written it can be found. In Aug. at the stockholders meeting IPMetrics was working with "more than 50 and less than 100" companies regarding Nunchi. Now, less than 90 days later they are no longer involved--and there has been no PR stating such? If that is the conclusion you want to come to, be my guest. It seems more logical that the law firm is getting involved because the process has progressed from valuation and marketing to the negotiation of potential licenses/contracts and their expertise is now needed. Nothing is done until it is done and it clearly is not yet done, but I see progress not back sliding.
