The way I read this is, they are in negotiations with iterested parties for Nunchi and are utilizing Handal for the legal support/contract support. This is fantastic news. Hope its a recurring event instead of one time deals. But looks like if Handal needs to be involved would be to help figure out and legalize long term recurring deals.

In the summary spells it out pretty clear. We have contracts to build for both Nunchi and Microsignet and Handal putting these together for us. The Patent deals will fund this effort in which Handal is now involved with all contracts. This is great news!
