As in the past edig got screwed with NDA's that back fired and it became open season on the property of edig. Lawyers have a way of explaining the small details like if you do this while in an NDA agreement your will pay beyond you think you will get away with. Its about time anyway for edig to have legal advise when doing anything. Lets not wait until we have to take them to court and then think that judges understand the small print. They don't. We are already waiting 5 years for some judge to make the right decision base on Patent laws and not on opinions.
