If the judge back paddles and amends his prior rulings over the agreed negotiated stipulated partial judgments ....that pretty much seals things for me....I'll be very scarce around here if that happens.

His back peddling, if he does, will be a testament of our judicial system.

As far as I'm concerned, signed and sealed contracts (negotiated stipulations / agreements)...then locked in with a court judgment is the holy grail not to be broken.

With that, I do feel that e.Digital was/is offering very agreeable terms that the defendants considered and sign for in the stipulations.
