Fact of the matter is, I'd bet the farm QCOM was one of the 50 to 100 outfits that were notified of the NUNCHI patents by IPmetrics.

That in itself is a good start, but it takes more effort to get them to do DD. Things like this can sit on someone's desk for who knows how long?

Allen C mentioned re: Microsoft gets notifications daily and it takes lots of time before anyone ever looks at it....QCOM with the same issue?

All I am trying to do is add a personal touch as a stock holder to see if this guy can go to the person or team who analyzes this kind of stuff and bring it to the top of the pile.

Internal word of mouth to the right people is better than sitting back hoping they have opened the envelope from IPmetrics yet.

For all we know QCOM & EDIG are in talks already and anything I have done is meaningless, but what the heck, why not give it a try.
