It is totally possible there is going to be at least one person on this board that will know.... so I have to think that Apple will know. I would bet that Tony will know that they know, but act like they couldn't possibly know. There are no secrets, just information that is only known to one or two, and then three or four and then ten or twenty and then 100 or so..... time is another factor, but then that's another discussion.

By the way I hope that Tony and all of our team is not using any I pads or I phones or any device that is connected to any business cohorts of Apple. So easy for them to know exactly what is happening, even if it is not legal. After all, some would say they stole our technology and they didn't even give a dam*!
