My guess is, IPmetrics has fullfilled their marketing contract, there is nothing more to do on that matter, with 50 to 100 having been notified of the NUNCHI patents, many of which are conducting DD, meaning they have signed NDA's, now we need Handal to make sure we are legally protected with a solid license understanding, how much we get paid, when we get paid, probably advertising royalty...other stuff (?) and ditto microSignet, but IPmetrics is not involved.

Handal, as did DM are licensing Flash-R along with settlements, it's a natural to have them do the rest.

Why else would we expand the relationship with Handal, meaning pay them additional funds, for any other reason?
