Handal has written the appeal (which is a big job on these technical issues), next the respondant answers (again, a time-consuming, difficult, but important job). Appeals take time. Meanwhile, rulings at the trial court proceed and so does the prep for the March contention around claims construction. Correct me if I'm misinformed.
