The accused products for purposes of the ’108 patent include but arenot limited to the Defendant’s memory card products for Flash Memory Storage including but not limited to its USB, SSD, SD, microSD, and Compact Flash products. These products include but are not limited to Toshiba’s microSDHCmemory Card (microSD High-Capacity) product line; the Toshiba USB TransMemory USB flash drive product line, and the Toshiba FlashAir Wireless SD Cards.
