The market has never reacted positively to suits/settlements regardless of the dollar value, that we determined after the fact from financials basically, except for a blip after the Samsung agreement, then it went right back down.

The digEcore deal wound down about the same time (?) and IMO that was part of the blip to 23 cents.

However, these settlements have funded operations, financed new patent filings with success, and no futher dilution.
