I never commented or considered Woodmans position in the matter....my comments were about Kohm.
My previous comments:
Kohm is filing a Response to the courts Objection / denial of his Declaration
IMO,something was deficient in his Declaration. Would have to review docket to see if this also relates to a denial of joinder...?

Plank pointed out, not the courts objection as I noted, but the attorneys of e.Digital may have objected to his declaration.
Perhaps you should log onto PACER and get the issues of Woodman joinder resolved on your own...
