Yes, now the trial ct. motions are being ruled upon. E.Digital is getting good rulings so far. It's interesting 1) that jurisdictional questions raised by AAPL were even raised at all. That 2) AAPL isn't a party to the Huawei infringement suit, nor GoPro, seems so obvious, on its face, that it's hard to understand why they tried such a stupid ploy. 3) The trial court is on its toes--The San Fransico lawyer isn't going to come down to San Diego and make the court look like it is from Podunk.
