Perhaps they will, if they are successful with appeal of Huawei.....

IMO, The HEAVONS will totally open...the CO ruling goes away.

Don't know if it will effect the PPS, however, I'll feel GREAT!!!!.....

Along with that, e.Digital has won a very important consideration....what constitutes a plug assemble for flash memory issues (?) is a major consideration to put under their belt.
