Is he, seemingly, as I read, explain that he brought to e.Digitals attention of what they must do , as in ordering e.Digital to do it, to be in compliance of the e.Digital vs. Huawei appeal, of which I'm sure Handal has his plan....

Why would he do that?

Would it not be to his advantage to see e.Digital falter in the appeal for not being compliant?
