That there is always lawyer talk that refuses to use the language that we all speak. They refer to the dead language of latin just so they can confuse the issue and the need for having lawyers in the first place. We find the same kind of crap with religion. Just to confuse you they to speak in latin not good old english where we all can understand what is being said.

Now we have apple squeeling like a stuck pig and admitting that they stole what did not belong to them some 15 years ago. No sh--t.
