They have the ultimate level, because the randomness is infinite...No two semiconductor substrates are the same ....and combinations of multiple components are just plain non duplicative, never mind one. It takes two to tango....or no go.
RE: Signet...It's not about cracking encryption , it's about the ID of devices and complementary interface on these issues between devices.
