I agree, e.Digital settled under the terms of a stipulate partial agreement for 774 and Apple took the deal that was in front of them regarding that agreement. Apples determination to fester the CE appeal was a ploy in regard to settling the issues with a best advantage possible.

Apple knows how important the appeal is for e.Digital.

The way the stars have aligned, it's all for the best....and e.Digital has one less distraction regarding the appeal. Now it's up to the others to follow through or fold on amending their respective SPJ's.

Things will move fast, regarding other issues, if the appeal is positive.
