The end result if we ever will know will tell us how good Handal is and if Fred is deserving of being our President.

Seems that one side or both settled to fast resulting in a questionable decision by the shareholders, mainly because of the non disclosure of the agreement details. If we were provided with the specifics of the agreement, a clearer picture of the joint decision would become more palatable.
