Mines all pointing to the appeal... and that's not to say there are not other irons in the fire.

Whatever the issue is for the seemlying speedy Apple turn around....the appeal is still there and has to be positive for all reasons....even the speculation of Buyout ...Apple would need a positive result of the appeal.

IMO, all Apple is considering of the settlement, we'll cross the bridge of the SPJ settlement issues when we get there ...if it even happens.

IMO, they are gambling on....if it even happens. If it does, then we will license for the remaining time factors.
