• litgation strategy
• current status of settlement discussions
• specific details of a settlement
• current negotiations in play to license NUNCHI & microSignet, nor name the players

DM would not let him, IPmetrics did not say what they were doing publically, Fred knew but did not blab any confidential info.

Handal on the legal side since then...ditto what DM did, now they are involved in licensing, none of it is non confidential at this point....

what's left to talk about before it's time to make it public?

I probably know this guy, along with sunpoop and DRVEN, better than anyone, regarding the constraints he is under. All 3 of us have sat across the table and asked, "why can't you answer my question, come on Fred?"

When he explains why, year after year, it's expected what will or will not come out of his mouth.

Can you imagine Fred saying to Tony Handal, "screw you Tony, don't tell me what to do, I will say anything I want...butt out!"

Ya gotta visit and call the Man, attend every SHM, to understand where I am coming from with this.
