The decision on Collateral Estoppel is important because our cases will be stronger if the CO finding is denied or modified.

The AAPL settlement is important, but we have no way to interpret it's meaning right now.

There have been a number of settlements; these are important because they may have real dollar value.

Suits against big players and no suits filed against big players are significant.

A flow chart might be nice, but it's not necessary to see how things are developing.
