My post was never about the settlement amounts.

I wished for/predicted, a PR on EDIG Thurs Jan 2 giving us an update on settlements, saying it would be nice to start the year off with a BADA BING BANG, and we did not get it.

I'm not concerned about the dollars til the Q3 financials are released.

Guess my post was misunderstood...
