Nothing was said specificly about them, other then reveiling between 50 & 100 companies "notified" of the Nunchi Patent Portfolio, with "many" conducting DD.

If you recall, when the Nunchi marketing effort began, IPmetrics had their blurb on the website with a form to fill out agreeing to an NDA. At some point, the Nunchi stuff was deleted from their website.

It is believed, but we could not get a confirmation, their role is complete..."got the word out" and now with Handal said to be involved in licensing activity per the Nov 13 PR, it appears the baton has been passed?

This senario seems to be a safe assumption, looking at the chain of events that is, but we cannot be sure they are no longer involved at some level?
