You keep saying wake up and everyone should be happy as to the sooner rather than later good things that will be happening. Can you please explain in "plain language" "exactly" what you believe has/is taking place?

1. What exactly did apple give eDig as the biggest gift ever?

2. 2 and 2 & put the pieces together...how is the apple case driving all the others, can you please be specific?

3. How did apple's settling set the stage...and for what exactly?

4. How does apple's settling on the 774 indicate that everyone else will have no choice?

Lots of cryptic statements like "wake up people" and "Hmmm, what can Edig leverage above 108 to drive home big dollars and speed up the negotiation process. Hmmm.."
