MICRON is working on bring NAND flash memory closer to the processor, if not some pre processing into and out of the memory or I/O.

MICRON is now being scrutinized by e.Digital for claim 1 of the 108 patent.

Item b of claim 1 is going to be one hell of a shootout for per processed issues (if one wants to identify it in that manner)....and if the appeal of 774 is positive and in time....e.Digital is going to shake the 774 issue in their face ...where the issue of 774 relates to item b of claim 1 ...in the 108.
