I think our chance of Apple buying edig is about zero.
They buy companies that have a good track record, have marketable products and generally a steady growth in income.
We have none, the two recent patent groups are unproven and have not been used for any applications that we know of. The value of our patents are unknown and we are in a legal battle concerning how effective they may be in the near future.
I wouldn't call your comment hype, but those about $7.00 a share are borderline unless one can substantiate how they determine that value, especially when some of Apples acquisitions of small companies have been in the suggested price ranga of 200-400 million dollars.
Since we have almost 300 million shares, one has to wonder if they would even offer a dollar a share, considering the financials of the company. Perhaps if we had signed contracts for Nunchi and Microsignet ongoing for a couple of years, demonstrated a high need for the technology, then the acquisition value of the company may be a worthwhile venture to consider.
