Hasn't it been almost a year since we brought them in to audit the Flash-R value in today's marketplace and to find buyers for the tech? And, wasn't one of the reasons to bring them in was to get quickly to market?

Okay, what are the shortfalls here? What happened?

1) We don't know yet, but something positive is happening. :)

2) Their investigating turned up nothing? It has little value to anyone. :(

3) Everyone and their dog has been stealing our tech for years, so why pay now?

4) We are so small, we have little credibility!

5) Really big players have a list of strategies to fall back on, if they have to. In the mean time, they are waiting us out around our appeal to see if we can bring our '774 patent back to life.

Does anyone else have some other possibilities that I haven't listed.
