Dolphins 1 would not give me reasoning for his positive stance on the AAPL settlement, but Joe's response this morning backs Dol's position.

Would someone tell me in real simple English (devoid of jargon) why APPL's quick settlement is soooo positive?

Having asked that, my immediate response is that no one (none of the defendants) wants to wait for the decision on appeal. Defendants and respondents must feel we have a strong case.

Now we have to wait to see the size of the settlements, hoping they are BIG. Stock price should jump Tuesday morning.
