"No one's talking about the APPL settlement?"

There was more than a settlement...Apple positioned legal posturing and then dropped the ball....as if to say never mind.

Can only be one of two things:

Apple considered that their legal posturing was not sound and would not tank e.Digital.

OR

Something else...lol
