Yep - before 2/15... 45 days following the end of quarter. And then year-end (10K) won't be due until 6/30 (90 days following year-end).

Anyone have any guesses for revenue amounts in the fiscal third quarter? I guess with no guidance from the company, they can't exceed nor can they miss expectations. Must be nice to not have to account for anything.
