Almost all, if not all, of these things have been requested by Edig, have been unopposed by the defendants, and fall between March 10th and April 10th I believe. Just thinking in a positive vain, I wonder if Edig believes that 108 will be removed from being part of the CE ruling by say the end of this month, since it was not litigated in CO, which would strengthen our position and give rise to the global solutions that are being referred to as far as 108 is concerned. Per Doni's posts, I get it that it is still huge to get the CE overturned as to 774, but this could be helpful as to the most recent 41? suits.
