Why does anyone think something is going to happen by the end of this month? The Collateral Estopple that tied our patent 108 to the CO decision won't be ruled on until fall or winter in our appeal to the 9th Circuit. I must be missing something???

I still wish Plank would give us a reasoned opinion for optimism. Donni thinks it has to do with the December AAPL move. I'm so dense, I can't see anything yet. I am glad we've got an active law firm working for themselves and us. Our case (all combined) may end up with some important findings at the appeals level, or the 9th may make some minor ruling and send it back to trial court. It's a little early to get confident.
