I have yet to hear a reason why anyone thinks our 108 patent issue will be resolved early?

The next 41 cases are based on 108 infringement; is there a possibility the trial court will wait to see what the appeals court does? I doubt it. My speculation is this is going to drag on for some time--into the fall and winter months. That is unless 1) the appeal gets kicked back for some techical reason or 2) they find against us.
