I understand that perfectly We must be talking past each other. I once again ask, why do some board members think part of the appeal would be severed from the whole appeal and dealt with early? That's as clearly as I can write it. Somehow this question is being ignored, and soon I will be accused of being negative. Maybe you guys will decide I'm negative and kick me off the board; who knows.
