Correct me if I am wrong, as you are a techy, but the alogrithms have to do with NUNCHI not microSignet.

2ndly, Fred is at 185K after a 5 year "frozen" rate of 155K until the salary compensation "committee" which is Cucumelli & Polis (Eric) approved a 30K increase, which if my memory is correct, effective Aug 1, 2010.

If one does the math, from 155K to 185K over 5 years, he got the same "raise" anyone on SSI did, like me!
