The company has no choice but to have one every 2 years. They stretched it once to 3 and could have been busted to the pinks....don't see that happening again.

IMO, if enough cash influx occurs in fiscal Q4, Q1 & Q2, there will be one in Sept/Oct.

A SHM has been said to cost 75K to 100K. That's a chunk of coin to shell out, and if money is tight, they'll wait another year.

If so, I'd guess a conf call would be a filler in 2014?

Another reason to host one this year, tight cash or not, is if something developes worthwhile to lay on us!
