Technically speaking I'm not sure Doni is using the word "authority" correctly. I think he means that our arguments are based on logic, rule of law as found in citations from prior rulings, and documents, e.g., the USPO findings on re-exam, that these create a strong case for our appeal. Do we have the language Handal used in our appeal?
