If not, then 108 is going to have to run the gauntlet....and settlement issues lean on considered uotcome presentages of claims construction. Claim term (b) of claim 1 of the 108 patent is a RAM issue, and defendants will fight that issue if 774 is not cleared.

Claim 1 of 108 is the highlight of the most recent named defendants.

Giants, FWIW, I'm just trying to give you, as well as the board in general, a heads up of what I consider.

I'm just conveying what I consider to be facts. I have no idea how this is all to be received by the investing community. That might more relate to how the investing community considers how it is received by long time hardened investors ...such as yourself, you set the tone.
