Re: How long does it take to decide an appeal?/not 9th
I noticed the address for our appeal court is in Washington DC. Does it sit on the west coast as well?
After reading the pages released, doesn't it seem logical the appeal ct won't allow the CE to stand and send the case back to the trial court? Back at trial court, we will have another Markman Hearing and continue making our case. That is, unless, all the companies settle?
